      On this Easter Sunday we bring awareness to the Earth’s deep suffering even as we dedicate ourselves to renewal and rebirth for the planet and all beings. This will be a day of learning, reflection, meditation and music. We will bring our attention to the urgency of climate change, and the capacity of our community to respond appropriately and compassionately. We hope you will go home inspired to act!

      Mindfulness, Love and Graceful Living in Fast Times

      When we offer attention and compassion to ourselves, to our work and the world, our life is transformed. The beautiful truth, revealed by modern neuroscience and ancient Buddhist teachings, is that these qualities can be awakened in everyone. In this half day together we will create a retreat to systematically learn about and practice these simple and revolutionary trainings to quiet the mind, focus the attention and open the heart.
